Your website is a business tool, and if it’s not attracting visitors and turning them into fans, followers, and, well, customers – it might just be a bad website.
We’d love to help you turn in into a good website – or even a ruddy great one. Book in a one-to-one consultation for feedback, insights, auditing, and most importantly, website-improving actions.
Each website consultation is relaxed and conversational, and follows the challenges that are burning up the top of your website to-do list.
Rather than spending half your session on finding out your business basics, we send a brief but very helpful questionnaire to help understand your website priorities.
We can use Google Meet to record online and IRL sessions, complete with transcripts and notes summarised by Google’s Gemini AI if you fancy it.
Before you sit down with Aime, you can trust that she’s spent at least 45 minutes trawling through your website to identify your biggest online opportunities.
Squarespace, Shopify, Wix, WordPress or something else – our expert recommendations apply to all sorts of websites, and can be tailored to many platforms.
A great option when you’ve got one big thing on your mind, or just want to know where to focus your website-improving resources. You might be surprised by how much we squeeze into an hour.
We love in-real-life learning. For a half-day website consultation, join us in our central Bristol studio. Off-site consultations are limited and subject to travel costs.
We’re all about the what, why, and how – our consulting sessions can get a bit technical, but we always make sure to explain jargon, industry language, and processes.
Does your website look professional? Well, ask our professional. We can review your website’s design and structure to help your brand make the best first impression.
If you want your website to get more traffic, Aime would love to talk your ear off about SEO – technical, content, context & backlinks – and definitely optimising your images.
Let’s turn more of your website visitors into customers by identifying easy ways to streamline (or flesh out) your website user journeys.
If you run an inclusive brand, the last thing you want it a bunch of barriers that put your disabled customers at a disadvantage – so let’s make sure your business is open to everyone.
After your session, you’ll get a short and sharp wrap-up email containing all the links to the resources and checkers used during your session, as well as any recordings, transcripts, and Gemini summaries.
Howdy partner, Aime here. Since founding Studio Cotton in 2016, I’ve built over 100 small business and podcast websites and helped thousands more improve their own SEO, UX, accessibility, content, conversion rates and more.
Not to brag (ok, to brag a little), I’m also a regular public speaker, workshop runner, podcast guest and facilitator on a whole host of website & small business topics.
I can’t stop writing and sharing advice either – be that through our popular Studio Cotton blog or with my audience of over 17k via @studio.cotton on Instagram.
What’s more, I’m an obsessive problem-solver. If you have a challenge with your website, heavens-to-betsies do I wanna help you solve it.
Website consultations have a very limited capacity, get in touch to register your interest and we’ll get you booked in sharpish.
If a one-to-one is overkill for you right now, you might just love getting answers and feedback from Aime in our private Slack community, the Studio Cotton clubhouse.
We’ve collected common questions we’ve received over the years, but we also know that every project is different and you probably need to know something that we’ve not yet written up.
If you have any questions at all, no matter how small, we’d love to answer.
The Studio Cotton office does not have an accessible toilet; our facilities are located at basement level and accessed by a spiral staircase.
We are always happy to book accessible venues where needed, please get in touch before booking and we'll find another suitable location in central Bristol.
Aime has limited availability to travel for one-to-one consultations. In these circumstances, the client is responsible for all travel costs including travel time, billed at our usual hourly rate (but agreed in advance).
There are occasions where this can be reduced, if, for example, multiple clients in the same area have booked sessions. This is offered at the discretion of Studio Cotton.
All consultations are paid for in full at the time of booking. Exceptions can be made for sessions funded by third parties/grants, these are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
All half-day consultations take part in real life unless there is an accessibility need.
Short answer, no. The resource required to include bespoke action plans in our website consulting service made the cost prohibitive, so we've prioritised keeping the price lower.
