Cai is a relentless optimist that loves solving problems for small businesses.
As a self taught artist, he’s learnt the basics of running a small business himself, along with making a couple of mistakes along the way too. However growing from doodling in sketchbooks to walls to now finding new ways of helping creatives, he’s always adapting. Now, he works as a coach, workshop facilitator and Client Manager in the Studio Cotton team (still drawing as much as he can!)
Even though he doesn’t have the accent, he’s a born and bred Bristolian and loves supporting small businesses – especially if it’s the Bristol Loaf in Bedminster. He’s probably worked with just about every arts charity in Bristol, from Rising Arts Agency to Spike Island, and has spent time working on a variety of freelance roles with them. From creative production to marketing and everything in between.
